TKT SERVICIOS INFORMATICOS S.L makes you aware of the existence of an information processing system, of which it is the owner, for the purposes of management, communication, and information. The aforementioned system is described in the corresponding Record of Processing Activities of TKT SERVICIOS INFORMATICOS S.L.

MEASURES AND SECURITY LEVELS:

CHANGES TO THE SECURITY AND DATA PROTECTION POLICY:

TKT SERVICIOS INFORMATICOS S.L reserves the right to modify its security and data protection policy in order to adapt it to legislative or jurisprudential developments, as well as those that may derive from existing standard codes in the field, or from strategic corporate decisions, effective from the date of publication of such modification on the TKT SERVICIOS INFORMATICOS S.L website.

In any case, the European Data Protection Regulation EU 2016/679 of April 27 by the Parliament and the Council and the current national regulation, and its implementing regulations, especially regarding the collection of personal data, information to data subjects, and the creation and maintenance of personal data files, will apply in this respect.
